What to Include So We Can Answer Properly
We answer every message ourselves, and the quality of the answer depends almost entirely on what is in the first email. Five details turn a vague reply into a firm, itemized number:
- Both addresses — where the home sits now and where it is going. Towns are fine to start with; full addresses let us survey the route properly.
- The size of the home — single wide, double wide, triple wide or sectional, plus approximate length and width if you know them.
- Photos — the outside of the home, the driveway, the last turn into both sites, and the frame from underneath if you can get to it.
- A photo of the data plate — usually inside a kitchen cabinet, a bedroom closet, or by the electrical panel. It settles the wind zone question in one picture.
- Your timing — a target month is more useful than a fixed day, and gives us room to find you a better price.
What Happens After You Send It
You will hear back from a person, usually within one business day. If the move is straightforward we can often give you a realistic range straight away. If it involves an older home, a wind-zone change, a difficult site or several state lines, we will tell you what we need to check before quoting rather than guessing at a number and revising it later.
Where the job needs eyes on it, your local crew walks both sites in person. We do not quote a mobile home move from satellite photos, because the things that decide the price — the pitch of a driveway, the width of the last turn, whether the ground will hold a loaded toter — do not show up from above.
